Live Project — Bangalore

Twin Bathroom Renovation — Bangalore

A live project executed by our Bangalore team: two dated apartment bathrooms with 1990s printed border tiles, blue sanitaryware and surface-run plumbing were stripped back to the slab and rebuilt from scratch — concealed CPVC lines, fresh waterproofing, new ceiling grid and large-format tiling.

Location: Apartment residence, Bangalore

Scope: Two full bathrooms — complete strip-out, re-plumbing, waterproofing and re-tiling

Existing wall and floor tiles fully chipped out down to the brickwork and slab
Old surface plumbing replaced with concealed, pressure-tested CPVC hot & cold lines
New drainage and floor traps re-laid with correct slope for zero water stagnation
Multi-layer waterproofing applied to the floor and wet-wall skirting before tiling
Metal grid installed for a new false ceiling with recessed lighting
Large-format tiles set out dry first, then laid with laser-levelled alignment
